At Albero di Fico, sharing a meal is about more than just great food, it is about the joy of gathering together, sharing stories, and lingering over the table.
To help us welcome your group like family and look after you perfectly, we have tailored our dining options and booking policies below.
DINING FORMATS
Our menus are structured around your party size to guarantee efficient, high-quality service from Chef Jerry and the kitchen team.
Up to 7 Guests – Intimate Tables
Dining Format:
Full access to our curated, seasonal À La Carte menu.
The Express Lunch:
Designed for the city’s fast-paced rhythm. Enjoy a sophisticated, high-quality midday meal served efficiently, ensuring you get the full Italian experience without the wait.
Booking Policy:
Standard reservation. No credit card hold or deposit is required to lock in your table.

8 to 20 Guests – Festive Gatherings
Dining Format:
To ensure a fluid and relaxed feast, larger parties are required to dine on one of our traditional, shared family-style menus:
Tavolata Classica ($55 per person):
Two courses featuring shared arancini, house-made bread with premium dips, and your choice of main course.
Gran Tavolata ($80 per person):
Three courses featuring a selection of shared entrees, followed by your choice of main course and dessert.
Booking Policy:
Secured via a credit card pre-authorisation (hold) of $30 per person. No funds are debited at the time of booking.

21+ Guests – Larger Events & Private Functions
Dining Format:
Custom pre-ordered menus required. From corporate milestones to large-scale social events, we delight in tailoring bespoke food and premium beverage packages to suit your exact requirements.
Booking Policy:
Secured via a formal event deposit and minimum spend agreement tailored to your function space. Please contact our events team at albero@figbranches.com.au to arrange your booking.
Securing Your Table
(8 to 20 Guests)
Every great Italian meal begins long before you sit down.
Behind the scenes, Chef Jerry and our kitchen team are busy sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients and preparing our space to welcome you. To help us look after your group perfectly, we require a credit card pre-authorisation (a simple hold) of $30 per person for all bookings of 8 to 20 guests.
Please rest assured that no funds are taken from your card today. The hold simply secures your space at our table, and you will settle your bill normally at the end of your meal.
Welcoming You On Time
We want your afternoon or evening with us to feel completely relaxed from the moment you step through our doors. Because we carefully space out our kitchen service, we hold your table for a 15-minute grace period. If your day gets away from you and you are running late, please just give us a quick ring so we can keep your table ready for you!
Cancellations & Last-Minute Changes
We completely understand that work schedules shift and social plans can change unexpectedly. To give you total peace of mind while helping us protect our kitchen’s preparation costs, we have created a flexible policy for our group bookings:
Full Cancellations: If you need to cancel your entire reservation, no fee will ever be charged as long as you let us know at least 18 hours before your booking time.
Our Attendance Grace Policy: We know that life happens. We gladly offer a complimentary tolerance for up to 2 absent guests on the day, completely penalty-free.
Late Shortfalls: If your final numbers drop by more than 2 people without 18 hours’ notice, a $30 ingredient and preparation fee will be charged to the held card for each additional missing guest.
How this looks in practice:
Scenario A (A couple of dropouts): You book for 12 guests, but only 10 arrive. No fee is charged at all, as the 2 missing guests are fully covered by our attendance grace policy.
Scenario B (A larger change): You book for 12 guests, but only 8 arrive (4 guests missing). The first 2 are completely on us. A $60 fee ($30 x 2) is charged to cover the kitchen’s wasted preparation for the remaining 2 shortfalls.
Scenario C: You book for 15 guests, but only 10 arrive (5 guests missing). The first 2 are covered, and a $90 fee ($30 x 3) is processed for the remaining 3 shortfalls.
Walk-Ins & BYO Policy
Spontaneous Visits (Walk-Ins)
If you don’t have a reservation, you are always welcome to just walk in! If our dining room happens to be full when you arrive, our team will do our absolute best to get you a drink from the bar and have you seated as shortly as possible.
Fully Licensed Venue (No BYO)
Please note that Albero di Fico is a fully licensed venue, and we are strictly not a BYO establishment. We have curated a beautiful, premium selection of local and Italian wines that we cannot wait to pour for you.
